Main Turf Field

Built at regulation futsal size, and with lots of natural light coming in the from the expansive window wall, this indoor turf field – sponsored by Franciscan Health/Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics – is the first municipal field of its kind in Johnson County. With a drop-down curtain that can split the field in two, patrons can enjoy open turf time as well as scheduled programs and leagues in sports such as futsal, soccer, badminton, lacrosse and more. The events on the field can be watched from bleacher seating for nearly 200 spectators as well as overlook seating from the lobby. In addition to programs and open turf time, the space is also available for tournaments and team rentals.

Monday and Wednesday 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Auxiliary Turf Field

Fully encased in an acrylic dasher board, this smaller version of our main turf field can be used for many of the same activities and more. When it’s not used for our batting cages, it can host tiny soccer, bocce, aerobics/boot camp classes, and other programs and leagues. With ample seating, parents can enjoy a snack or get some work done at the tables, while their children participate in programs and leagues, or teams can gather on the tiered and modular seating. Sponsored by Endress+Hauser, the library of the former Greenwood Middle School has been brought to new life.

Main Gymnasium

Main Gymnasium

Sanded down and completely refinished, the gymnasium has been newly lined for four pickleball courts, one volleyball court, and one full-court and two short-court basketball courts. With seating for over 300 spectators, the options for this playing surface are plentiful. In addition to open gym basketball, volleyball and pickleball, we host leagues in these and other sports. The space is available for tournaments and team rentals as well.

Practice Court

Brought to you by Hubler Automotive Group, this court is lined for volleyball and pickleball, and includes four basketball goals that can be lowered to eight feet. Sign your toddler up for one of our tiny basketball leagues, or join us for one of our adult volleyball or pickleball leagues. Available to rent for birthday parties or private lessons, and available during open gym time, there are lots of possibilities on this multisport surface!

Ever wanted to hit a round of golf, only to look outside and see that mother nature has other plans? Choose from one of dozens of available courses and play a round in one of our three state-of-the-art golf simulators, year-round, no matter the weather. Or choose one of the simulated driving ranges and break down your swing statistics. Save all your data in the aboutGolf app and see how much you improve over time!

Looking for a fun, rainy day activity for your children? Let them try out skee-ball or miniature golf on one of the screens.

Simulators are available daily for rental by the hour.

Rent a Bay

Batting Cages

Looking to practice your swing? Or spend an hour working on your pitching? Our 65' batting cages are available for rent by the half-hour or hour.

Want to get your whole team into the cages? Rent out the entire field and ask us to drop one, two or all three cages depending on what type of skills you’re working on. Pitching mounds, batter’s boxes and L-screens included with rental cost.

Walking Track

Take a lap or ten on our 1/10-mile elevated walking track! Enjoy views of the basketball courts below as you walk. Sponsored by Cardon & Associates, we are excited to offer this indoor amenity to our community. Get your daily steps in our temperature-controlled building and avoid the harsh Indiana weather swings. Stop off at some of the pieces of stretching or fitness equipment located on the inside of the track and create your own fitness-circuit workout. We have special stroller times Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Follow our website for future walking challenges and programs hosted by Greenwood Parks & Recreation!
