The City of Greenwood, IN

In order to help protect the citizens of Greenwood from natural flooding disasters, the Greenwood Stormwater Department is participating in the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

This program provides the City with a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to purchase select properties that are located in the floodway, therefore reducing the risk of flood damage in the event of a natural disaster.
